Where we deliver

We currently deliver across Kenya — Nairobi, Mombasa, Kisumu, Nakuru, Eldoret and beyond. For some remote locations we'll route through the nearest pickup station.

Delivery times

• Nairobi: 1–2 working days
• Other major towns: 2–4 working days
• Remote areas: 4–7 working days

Delivery fees

• Free standard delivery on orders above KES 5,000.
• Standard delivery: KES 300
• Express (next day, Nairobi): KES 600
• Pickup station: Free

Tracking your order

Once your order ships you'll get an SMS with a tracking number. You can also follow it from your orders page if you're signed in, or look it up on the order tracking page.
